Davis wants to give ILLEGALS FREE TUITION!

This is so sickening and utterly enraging that I am positively beside myself.
The HUGE question that EVERYONE should be shouting at the top of their lungs is: HOW THE HELL DID THIS PASS THROUGH ASSEMBLY AND SENATE WITHOUT ANY MEDIA COVERAGE????
ISN'T THAT F(&^%ING CONVENIENT?????
I'll shut up now before I type something I regret.

First paragraph of the article:
After granting illegal immigrants the right to obtain driver's licenses in California, Gov. Gray Davis now must decide whether to sign bills qualifying them for free community college tuition and requiring local governments to honor identification cards issued by the Mexican government.

Why are you surprised or outraged?
Davis knows no limits to how far he will stoop to same his political keester.
Dogs barks
Cats meow.
Snakes wiggle.
Politicians pander and buy votes.
That's how nature is.
Regardless of how the Cali fiasco turns out I hope we all learn a lesson.
It is far easier to keep a lying, low life out of office than it is to throw him out of office.
Both Davis and Clinton were elected the first time because frankly no one really knew what the just purchased.
There is no excuse for the second time, for either. Face it. Cali did it to itself, just like the US did WRT to Clinton.

They're trying to pass a bill here in KS which would allow illegals to attend state colleges without paying non-resident tuition.
All they have to do is finish high school and avoid detection as illegal immigrants to qualify.
Maybe it's just me, but I was brought up to believe you don't get rewards for doing illegal things. :fire:

Okay there are folks in Nevada waiting to make money off "ocean front property" I hear...Insanity like this just causes the price per acre to go up.
Maybe it's just me, but I was brought up to believe you don't get rewards for doing illegal things.
Well raised the same way...makes you wonder though. Perhaps Civil Disobedience would be defined as "illegal" and therefore our kind would be listened to, embraced and the insanity stopped....just a theory...getting to be more of a plausible choice rather than theory...not that I have ever or now do anything of the sort...;)

HOW THE HELL DID THIS PASS THROUGH ASSEMBLY AND SENATE WITHOUT ANY MEDIA COVERAGE????
Well, it's certainly not because the media is biased! No!
Actually, this just wasn't "newsworthy". No bias, just sound editorial policy.
Right.
Folks, forget everything you've read lately about media bias. THIS is how they slant the news - not by a few loaded words here, some rolling of the eyes there.
They just don't cover the real news. THey just follow Klinton's dictum - don't ask, don't tell.
Where it suits them.

Mike, Mike, the Feds aren't going to do anything about anything to
do with illegal aliens. You know that, I know that. They are the

There is a method to this.If they can hold the vote off till next spring and pass all this crap the Mexican vote will be solid for Davis. Therefore he will stay in office.
It will all be done on the money and backs of all of us.

This makes me sick!
I live in California. My Daughter is in College studing to be a school teacher. She is working part time and is getting some scholarships. We are paying for her car and insurance........and she is living at home.
Things can get really tight at times.....but we are gonna make it through this. But now some criminal can get a college degree free!!!!!!!
Just for being a criminal!!!!!
Your right it's about votes!!!!!

The people of California have no one to blame but themselves -we are collectively responsible for this mess. Vote for excrement, end up up to your necks in excrement. It's like voting to let a pig farm move into your neighborhood and then being surprised about the smell afterwards. The more people I talk to the less hopeful I am that we will ever get ourselves out of this debacle.

There is a solution. Move to an adjacent state. In ten years you'll
be able to buy everything back at five cents on the dollar.

This was me e-mail to the Gubber Naught this eve.
Are you serious? What are you thinking? Do you think you'll endear the people of this state
to you by signing bills like SB 328 and AB 522? Or are you so sick and depraved because the
recall was certified, ruining you chances to become The President, that you're willing to sign
these questionable, anti-American, fiscally irresponsible, boarder line treasonous pieces of
legislation as a sort of temper tantrum?

Pretty amazing! Cali has a 38.2 BILLION dollar budget deficit- yet the Dems want to give more away to the illegals. Reality truly is a concept they are unfamiliar with.

"It's astounding;
Time is fleeting;
Madness takes its toll.
But listen closely...
Not for very much longer.
I've got to keep control.
I remember doing the time-warp
Drinking those moments when
The Blackness would hit me
And the void would be calling...
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.
It's just a jump to the left"...
With apologies to Rocky Horror et al
It just seems so appropriate here...

It has become painfully obvious that reason is lost upon most liberals, as they continue to shove this crap down our throats on a day to day basis. It is not about "the people" anymore, but about the elected's own agenda.
Perhaps the only thing they will now understand is armed revolt.

Davis realizes that his days are numbered. Everything he does from this point on is a political middle finger to the republican party and all Californians who support the recall.

I'm not a participant in the Cali fiasco. I wish it did not happen. I wish Cali learned from Davis' first term and not give him a second term. I do think there is something to be said for living with the consequences of one's decisions.
That said, I beginning to sense a thorough disgust with what is going on in Cali by your average taxpaying citizens. Am I sensing something in the air, ohh say, a thorough revolt at the polls? I saw the latest polling say Davis might just beat the recall but I also know polling increases in unreliability the more variables are measured.
Just a whiff of something in the air out there that caught my attention.

Calif. is a welfare/cultural experiment went bad and I cannot ever see
it digging out of the hole because the change to do so would not be
PC in the eyes of the world, plus i also fear it is the future of our country.
Grim, no doubt, but it appears that way to this old person.

How much would Mexico be willing to buy the PRK for?
