Share bullets? Sure. I see no need for anything but 52 gr SMK BT for any .22 centerfire to be shot up to say 300 yards.
Powder? Case capacities are pretty far apart for one powder to work really well in both. 4895 would get you by, I guess. I used it for full .222 loads but only below max loads in .22-250.

I like Benchmark or 322 myself.

IMR 3031 and Varget will give near top performance in both cartridges.
I use IMR3031 in my 22-250 and H322 in my 222.

my hornady and nosler manual both list most accurate loads as different powders thats why I was wondering if I could get away with using one powder .

You need to take those accuracy loads as guides only. They are based on the firearm that was being used at the time. Always remember that no two guns are going to shoot identical loads the same. They may or may not do well in your own rifle, but at least it's a place to start.

I know. I just hate to buy a bunch of powders and end up not using most of them . I just hate leftovers when I didn't like the meal

You've got to start somewhere. Both rifles are 1in14 twist so pick a 50-55gr. bullet and get a couple powders that were mentioned and try a few combos to see if the rifles like anything that you made.
My 22-250 likes the 52gr Hornady A-Max and my 222 uses the old 50gr Nosler expanders that are not made anymore, but I have a small supply left. You won't go wrong using the flat base styled bullets either, instead of boat tail bullets.

that sounds like the best plan. thanks for the input. I got spoiled from my 300 wsm browning with the boss . that helps with the load building .
