corrosive ?

I have quite a few fired case I would like to reload. They have the head stamp OFV 00 7.62 M80 Could anyone tell me if they were corrosive primed? Thanks Papa Smurf

It doesn't matter if they are or not if you deprime & clean your cases before reloading them.

OFV 00 7.62 M80 is Indian 308 fmj from 2000. It was probably not corrosive, but like rcmodel said, deprime and tumble them and you should be fine. I've used a lot of that brass with no problems. You may need to clean the tar out of the necks if they are once fired, with some mineral spirits or something.

some OFV ammo is berdan primed, look inside and make sure you see one hole instead of two.
