Just got breaking News Alerts from both CBS & CNN (I know, I know, commy news sources). The "A Federal Appeals Court" has ruled that the Oct. 7 recall election go forward.

Probably the 9th "En Banc" Panel, but don't have details yet.....

It was the En Banc 9th Circuit. They probably didnt want to get slapped silly by the Supremes.

Does anyone think that the ACLU won't sue after the election if the vote is close? I'm sure they have their briefs already written.
