I am looking to buy a reasonably priced red dot scope and would like some input. I know the high end Aimpoints and EO Techs are great but I have to stick to a budget and cannot afford one? That said can anyone give me some info on the cheaper models available. I see lots of Chinese clones and no-name scopes advertized and on ebay but can't find any actual info on how good or bad they are.

For cheapies:

I've heard good things about these and was going to get one for my hi point 995:

I also like the burris fast fire:

These bushnell are made by eotech but are a bit more:

I have also seen these around but do not have any experience:

I am not sure about the real cheap scopes like BSA and Bharska, it would depend on the caliber I guess and what you are using it for.

TruGlo's are pretty good for cheap red dots. I've got two that have held up good. One an a AR another on a AK.

If you want some decent Reflex red dot sights you should look at ATN Ultra Sights (http://www.opticaltactics.com/Day-Optics/Reflex-Sights.asp). They work well on standard weaver/piccatiny rails, have different reticles, and you can mount them on most fire arms.
