When I don't buy from Powder Valley I've had good luck with Widener's Reloading (http://www.wideners.com/index.cfm). They are reliable and they have fair prices on most stuff. I also deal with Midsouth Shooters (http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/). You can get almost anything you need there and they are also good to deal with.

+1 on Wideners and Midsouth. Grafs (http://www.grafs.com/) is another good place.

I pretty much use the ones already listed. However if you want to shoot cheap now you're going to have to switch over to shooting cast. That's about the cheapest way any of us can go for a while. I will send you a long vendors list on a PM though.

Berry's are good plated bullets. Great alternative to jacketed, but not as cheap as lead bullets.
Do a search. We talk about them all the time on this Forum.

I've read good things about Zero bullets as well...pretty reasonable cost and good feedback about them...haven't tried them yet myself but I'm going to. Powder Valley carries them as well as Roze.

+1 on Wideners, I ordered 10,000 wolf small pistol primers from them last year, even with shipping and hazmat, came out to $210 delivered. I can't match that price locally. Buying direct from Berry's is now an option, they have dropped thier lead surcharge, prices include shipping, they are reasonable.

The cheapest place I have found to buy powder and primers is http://www.grafs.com/ or http://www.powdervalleyinc.com/. Powder Valley used to have some good prices on Zero bullets but I haven't checked for a while. Graf's offers free shippng.

Cheap is only made when you buy in bulk! So, ordering large amounts is the way to lower your costs.
For jacketed bullets look at Montana Gold and Precision Delta
For plated bullets look at TJ Convera for berry's
For lead cast look at Missour Bullets
Primers and powder Powder Valley and Graf''s
Once fired brass well look ta the For Sale areas of the various boards or www.brassmanbrass.com
