Shoulder Rig for Glock 23

I've been thinking about getting a shoulder rig for my Glock, but there seems to be a multitude of styles and variations. So shoulder holster wearers, what's your favorite and why, specifically why? I'm on the larger side with very wide shoulders so I'm concerned about long term comfort.

I have limited experience with this, but I did carry a G19 in a Miami Classic on my trip from WA to AR (2000+ miles) earlier in 2008. I'm not that broad-shouldered, but I think it would be easy enough to adjust. It's worth a look.
