How do I use the two triggers on my TC Hawken flintlock? Thanks.

When you are in position, almost ready to aim and fire, pull the rear one to "set" the front trigger and then lightly pull the front trigger to fire the weapon.

Otherwise a hard, controlled, pull of the front trigger will also fire the weapon.

THat little screw between the triggers adjusts the sensitivity. Turn it in to make the set more sensitive.

I want to add that some double triggers require that the 'set' or rear trigger be pulled before the 'fire' or forward trigger. So don't force the front trigger to hard if it does not drop the hammer. If you have the original T/C trigger the front one should drop the hammer.

Also, be careful which trigger you pull!

I've shot the gun when I didn't want to, because I meant to set the rear trigger but pulled the front trigger instead.

As an added safety rule with double set triggers of any kind, I would say don't set the trigger until the gun is pointed in a safe direction.

As a primary safety rule, never put your fingers anywhere near any triggers, single, double, set, compound, duplex or whatever, unless the gun is pointed in a safe direction.
