Hi all,

I'm thinking about loading up some 30 carbine shells and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on suitable primers. Are they large pistol or small rifle? Any brand recommendations?

Small rifle primers my friend. Do you have a reloading manual? Lyman is a good one. I use Winchester primers mostly for rifle.

Depends on your powder choice.

Stick & flake types use Standard Sm Rifle.

Ball powder data normally calls for Magnum Sm Rifle.
