Browning High Power - cheap hicaps

I didn't have my FEG copy of the high power when CDNN had those cheap high caps for sale, and now they show out of stock, except for the 17 rounders.
Anybody got a source for good, cheap (can those two ever co-exist) hi-caps for the hi-power?
Thanks,
Michael

The only decent "cheap" hicaps I know of are the 17 round South African/Argentine mags that CDNN sells. I have a few and they seem to work fine.

I'll second the 17 rounders. I had a few of them when I had hipowers and they worked fine. Mark

Third on the 17 round-ers. They are my favorite mags for the FEG. Get 'em.

Guys,
How far do the 17 rounders extend past the grip? Anybody got a pic with a 17 rounder in the mag well?
Thanks!
Michael

The front edge of the base of the KRD 17-round mags is about 0.5" longer than flush.
The front edge of the base of the KRD 15-round mags is about 0.3" longer than flush.
Both taper slightly to the rear: 0.3" and 0.1" extra length, respectively.

Hello. This MkIII has a KRD SA 17-rnd magazine in place.
Best.
