Triple K Magazines

I was wondering what type of reputation the older (later 1980s/ early 1990s) Triple K magazines have. I have an oppertunity to buy one of their hi-caps for my Marlin .22 semi-auto, and it seems like a steel mag would be a better prospect than the Ramline plastic mags- which I am afraid those could be fragile, considering that they are 15+ year old pieces of pastic- with plastic mag catches and feed lips.

I've had very bad luck with Tripler K mags, for the Mini-14 and SIG P226. Poor fit and finish.

Basic junk that only has one use. They are great for clearing malfunctions practice.

I've only ever had 2 KKK mags, they came as a package deal with a Ruger PC9. They mostly worked and only jammed while shooting on days that ended in 'y'.
Generally a waste of $s. BSW

I've never seen a good one!
Sometimes, for old obsolete guns, they are the only option. But plan on re-manufacturing them before they work right.

I've had good success with Triple K pistol mags, never bought a rifle mag.
