buying a Turret press

Hi all
I sold off my equipment a few years back when life got extra busy
Anyway I had a RCBS 4x4 & it was fine.
Now I need to re-buy everything & I am thinking of going turret for price & I am not shooting as much. Plus I think it will be nice control wise.
So far I am looking at he RCBS turret package because I see it for 354 & includes pretty much everything except dies & shell holders.
I am looking at loading 45acp & 223
I also saw some beautiful equipment from Harrells both their turret & their powder measure. Nice but a good bit more & I would still need to buy the rest...(scale..prime system etc. )
Open to any suggestions & thought I would ask.
Thanks for any input.

Ya might have a look at Lee Cast iron (Not aluminum) presses too. Both in Single stage "O" press and turret.

Thanks BM
You know I had looked at that on the midway site.
It gets great reviews too not to mention price is way less than RCBS
Thanks
PS: Great deal at Cabelas on a Lee kit too

Just make sure that if you go Lee
that the presses have a cast iron base and not the aluminum base.

I own a couple of single stage presses and a couple of progressives, but read a lot of posts on other equiipment. If I were serioulsly looking for an upper scal turret, I would consider the Lyman T-MAG II EXPERT KIT
http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item.asp?sku=000157810142
or the LYMAN T-MAG II EXPERT KIT
http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item.asp?sku=000157810140
Folks that own them are very loyal to these.

I would suggest the Lyman #55 powder measure. Not cheap, but throws very accurate and consistent charges and not as prone to bridging the longer stick powders. It will last a lifetime too.

Thanks NC Smitty
You know I look at that Lyman 55 & I think it is the measure I had on my 4x4 before.
Reason is I remember that knocker on there.
I am really liking what I am reading about the Lee Turret for such a small price.
But that powder measure that comes with it does not look too good.
So I think I would add this Lyman55
Thanks
