870 + goodies, new?

I was at a small gun show and one vendor had several NIB Remington 870's with composite stock, ghost-ring rear sight, mag extension and side saddle for less than $300. I didn't notice what exact flavor of 870 this was, but I was impressed by the price. Is this a common offering with all that stuff from Big Green? Is that a good price for one as I described? I sorta thought so, but I have no use for another 870.

I am concearned about the same thing as ajocobs. The only factory remington 870s I have ever seen with ghostrings are the police models. If they are Police magnums, buy em all at that price.

It was at a little show in Montgomery, AL. The shotgun was laying on top of a brown box with Remington in the script green letters. From that, I am inferring it was in fact an 870. I am kicking myself for not picking it up and inspecting it more closely. Maybe the vendor will be at the big show in B'ham in October.
BTW, it seems like there was not a lot of money changing hands anywhere. As I was walking out, a vendor offered me a revolver he had marked at $325 (outrageous) for $220, just a little too high to entice me to buy my 5th model 13.

Hutch,
I believe there is a smaller show at the Bessemer Civic Center this weekend. It might be worth a look.
