I use H4831SC in my .30-06 with great success. Works best with the heaver bullets (165 grain and up)...

In France. Nothing other than VV or SNPE Tubal is available. Getting something like this is the equivalent of getting real cheese (un-pastuerized) in the US.

More difficult than finding chicken teeth.

I don't have a .260 sorry. My 6.5x47 LOVES the stuff though. Then again every rifle cartridge loves the stuff.

About 18-25 bucks a pound here, however, Vihtavouri is about 30-35 at our local shop. Sort of a flip flop, but not as exacebated as yours mate. :(
