Here is some info I posted on another site. They are very nice scopes for the money.

My sons and I use the KONUSPOT-80 spotting scope for Hi power competition shooting. I got to say that for the money, I couldn't be more pleased. You can see the spotters no problem and while coaching, see the bullet mirage to target. Compared to the Kiowa, it's just as useful. For alot less money. I got three Konus and three scope stands for the price of a single Kiowa. I've looked at their scopes, but haven't bought one yet. (My 30 and 20 year old Leupold's and Springfield scopes still do the job!) I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Konus for a deer rifle scope. I do like Leatherwood Hilux tho. Very good for the money for long range and open spaces.
