I'm in need of a sear for a savage 93 and the usual places do not have any in stock. I've posted on the items for sale or trade venues with no luck. Any one have on they want to part with?

When I search for Savage 93, it comes up with some brand new guns. I am thinking that yours must be an older gun since you are having trouble finding parts. I found this when I searched 93 Savage >>>>> http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=119713754 what else can you tell us about yours ?

All the places I know are sold out bud, sorry. Only thing I could find was an adjustable sear from Midway, but they want $95 for it where as the replacement list I have is only $1.55 at Numrich.

AFAIK, the 93 is still in production. Have you checked with Savage?

I'm going to give savage a call and hope. It is an older model and the sear is the same as used on the older model 90.
