Yes. Glocks, especially the Glock 17, are designed to shoot 9mm NATO ammo, which is a bit hotter than even 9mm +P+. You should have no problems whatsoever.

I wish I could afford to shoot more +P+ ammo from my 17's, they love the stuff. The Ranger 127+P+ is the most accurate and fun to shoot from my 17's. Just remember to replace your recoil spring every 3-5000 rounds

Expect reduced life-expectancy of the Glock, say 75,000 rnds instead of 150,000.

Numbers I've seen put NATO at +P levels but less than +P+.
Problem with making any solid recomendation on "+P+" ammo is that as I understand it their is no standard for it, it just means it's higher than industry standard +P ammo, how much higher who knows...
Winchesters +P+ would be fine I'd suspect but there is some 9mm Hirtenberger (sp?) ammo floating around thats been noted by the ATF as being dangerous in any pistol. It was apprently designed expressly for sub-gun use in cold weather.

The higher the pressure of the ammo the more wear and tear on the gun. Is it really worthit ? Bullet placement is still the most important thing .Less recoil easier to be accurate . If 9mm is not enough get something bigger.

The Glock 9mms have a pretty big pressure margin built in.
Check with Remington on the pressure. If it's under 43,500psi it will be safe in a Glock 9mm. The farther under that, the less it will wear the pistol.
I called Federal about one of their 9mm "+P+" loadings and the tech rep (after complaining that stuff was supposed to be only for LE) finally told me that the pressure was 38,500psi. That's actually the limit for +P ammo, so I'm not sure that in that case the +P+ designation was warranted.
