Posting Exception, Please?

I just tried to post a downloadable recoil calculator, an .exe file, and discovered that there's an understandable restriction against posting executables. (I wrote it and compiled it, so I know there's no nasties in it.) Is there any way you can grant me an exception so that I can post this helpful little app? It's 99 KB.

You ought to be able to post it as a .zip file.
