Looks like a crudely made hack job to me. Wish I could get a lighter view of that pic to see how the trigger would be concealed while faking it as a cane.

Hmmm. No good insights here, sorry. I have seen a real cane gun in .32 a long long time ago. It actually looked like a cane, not like a gun of some sort.
