I ordered a Traditions 1858 from the Sportsmans guide on the 16th of December, They said it would ship around the 26th, ok no problem. I then find out that they would not be shipping it until today, I'm kinda upset but nothing personal. The Sportsman's guide then calls me today and tells me to expect another 3 weeks at least on my order and do I want to cancel? :barf: I cancelled it and ordered it from Cabela's today, which is what I should of done in the first place. This excess time has allowed me get my shooting supplies though. Such as the good nipple wrench off ebay, powder flask, measure, and capper. Also my bullets and wads, powder, caps, parts kit for the gun, spare cylinder, home made bullet lube, you name it. Looking for a good shooters box now. Not sure where to look. I selected the super fast shipping so maybe it will be here very soon!! fingers crossed

A large inexpensive plastic toolbox from a big box store should make a good shooter's box. :)

A big tackle box will work too. I got one from Wallyworld with 4 separate smaller boxes inside that are good for cleaning jags and small parts for around $20 OTD.

I hope when you ordered from Cabelas they gave you the sale price of $189.99 which is good until 03\02\09. As far as SG I wouldn't waste my time even looking at them.

I'll try to find a tackle box that fits, as they come in every compartment size and shape you can think of, I'm sure I'll find the one I need. I did get my conformation email moments ago from Cabela's. I didn't get the sale price that you mentioned Gaucho Gringo due to the gun I ordered was the stainless target model. But that is a great deal, I just saw it. I spent more tonight than I wanted to, but I felt it imperitive to get the fastest shipping. That will put it on my door step on this friday, just in time for the weekend. If I didn't already have all the stuff I need to get started shooting then I would of got the cheapest shipping, with is pretty fast from cabela's, but I got the fever bad now!
