Who was the custom gun maker that supported 0bama and the company board of directors removed him?

Dan Cooper of Cooper Firearms.

I think he hijacked a plane once, too.

I think he hijacked a plane once, too.

I like it!

From Wikipedia:

The name he used to board the plane was Dan Cooper, but through a later press miscommunication, he became known as "D. B. Cooper".

Also:

..the bulk of the money has never been recovered, and is believed to have been used as startup capital for a custom rifle manufacturer.

Although, I may have made some of that up. :D

Not a bad idea from a financial standpoint... Obama made a great salesman for the industry despite being a major enemy to the 2A.

So, any good alternatives to Cooper? I think Kimber arms, maybe remington custom.

You could still shop at Cooper, provided you're satisfied with them giving Dan the boot over the donation flap. Obviously, though, that's a personal call.

Yes and he used the money from the Hijacking to help finance the early Kimber Co. in Oregon. That where he got his start in fine product development!!!!!!!!

The only Cooper I ever liked was Alice. I hope there's no relation?
