Hello all,

My H&R model 925 broke does anyone know where I might find the part or someone who could make me a new one? Its the plastic part on the end of the hammer spring that broke, the part that fits into the base of the hammer. I've included some pictures for reference.

When H&R went out of business, Numrich Gunparts Corp. bought most of the remaining parts. The part you need is called a "mainspring strut," and last I knew they had them. The problem is that the company made many different mainspring struts, so be sure to identify your revolver by both the model and serial number. You can use xx for the last two numbers if you wish.

That part was originally made of steel, then they went to plastic. Gun Parts Corp lists both so, if possible, get the steel, not the plastic, for obvious reasons.
