How much did you pay for your NIB Kahr PM9?

It seems like when I was at the Fort Worth Gun Show I saw new PM9s for somewhere just a little over $500. I know that I am not confused about which model of gun I was looking at (my dad bought a CW9 that day) but I could have a faulty memory on the price because I wasn't looking to buy one that day.

Anyway... I'm not seeing them for less than $600 new on gunbroker or on the net.

So I'm curious to know what everyone else paid - is it possible that I was really seeing them for not too much over 500 at a large gun show just a month or two ago?

Not really interested in hearing about used prices.

I paid $525 for NIB with black dlc finish and nite sites but it was from an ol time dealer friend of mine for many years, so I feel he cut me one heh of a good deal. Be prepared to pay $600 and above for what I bought

Kahr issued a significant price increase for their entire product line over the last year or two. Two or three years ago you might have been able to find a pm9 for a little over $500, but now you are looking to spend at least $650 after taxes.

Just last weekend, I paid for a factory blemished model NIB for $519. I couldn't see any scratches or visible defects on the outside. Since it was new, it still has a full warranty :)

Nearly 3 years ago I bought mine new (regular sites) for about $610. This was before I discovered online auctions. I probably could have got it then for about $530 or so.

That's a P9 at Bud's, not a PM9. Thanks though.

I ended up ordering a stainless PM9 for $606 shipped from Bud's Gun Shop. My local FFL will do the transfer for 10 bucks so that's not too bad.

I've been scouring the net for over a week and it is looking like this is about the best I'm going to get. I could have saved some dough maybe at the gun show but the cost of admission, driving to Belton, Austin or Fort Worth and my time would even it out or end up costing me more anyway. I saw a used one go on Gunbroker for $597 the other day - granted it came with one cheapo holster, one midrange holster and a nice pocket holster from pocketholsters.com but still...that's quite a bit for used!

So now I need to decide on an IWB and a pocket holster.

For IWB I'm looking at Comp-Tac MTAC among others. For pocket I'm considering a Desantis Superfly maybe.

DigMe: forget about the super fly, just get the desantis nemesis. The super fly IMO takes up tomuch pocket area, not needed. They don't print and ask yourself, how many times have you carried and looked at other people pockets. It just doesn't hanpen. I think we tend to thing because WE KNOW we are carrying, that every person is looking in that area. JUST AIN'T SO.

Your price at Buds is excellent, to wait and shop and look around yadda yadda to maybe save $20 isnot worht it to me. If youwant it pay the price and be done with it.

Great gun, IMO one of the best sleepers in the gun industry...

congrats.
