2 words Hamilton Bowen. Pricey yes but he has a solid reputation on converting Ruger SA in to various calibers.

Bowen is the creme de la creme for Ruger SA work but for a more economical choice, look into Gallagher or Clemetns. Both are very capable and well respected within that area. Have seen many by Clements and have used Gallagher twice thus far and will have him do 2 more.
It's not a difficult project. A change the bbl or reboring the existing one is a given. The cylinder could either be rebored for the nw chambering or an existing .41 mag cylinder might be able to be used and properly timed.

At the present time a special run of .44 Special / Blackhawks are being made for a distributor. If you wait a bit Ruger might offer a revolver like you want for much less money then a custom conversion.
But if you went for the custom gun there is no reason it couldn't be done.

With the Vaquero no longer in production, I don't see them ressurecting it for a one-off run in a relatively niche, yet awesome, cartridge on that frame.
With the New vaquero having the smaller frame, I don't see them having any .41 or .44 mag chamberigns in it for liability reasons. (think idiots with "Ruger only" loads)

You're probably right. But my Lyman Pistol & Revolver Reloading Handbook, 2nd Edition list the overall cartridge length for .45 Colt at 1.600" while the .41 Magnum as 1.590". Cylinder diameter in the "new" .357 Magmum revolvers is suppose to be same as the "original" Vaquero. This being the case it would appear that the .41 Magnum cartridge would fit the cylinder. Neither I nor the Ruger Co. have any love for "Ruger Only" overloads, but if a distributor paid for a special run I think it's possible that in today's economic climate they might do it. They are not responsible for anything outside of SAMMI Specifications.

Oh no, it's quite possible to have the .41 magnum chamered on the medium sized frame. It's also certainly possible that a distributor could present the contract to Ruger. I for one simply don't see it happening simply because of the liability issues. In present society, ppl are simply too willing to NOT tke responsability for stupidity on thier part. Hence the reason we have the Ruger bbl warnings and the transfer bar system. Myself, I'd love a medium framed .41 mag BH, and who knows maybe I'll have one built sometime. Certainly would make a great woods gun.
The cylinders are different BTW - by about 1/10" in diameter if I recall correctly.
I don't see the economic climate having much bearing o what Ruger contracts out special. They are a company having no outstanding debts, they own all they have and still retain an amount of cash on hand. They've always been a company with minimal if any debts.
