When switching barrels, say between a .50 cal black powder and a .270, both scoped, after inital zero is it necessary to zero agaln?

My .50 cal BP and .308 seem to hold zero well. I check zero just to make sure before I head to the woods though.

I've got a Encore with a barrel in .ML 50 and another .308 barrel, but they each have their own scope....if you're using dedicated scopes and just switching the uppers there should be no problem holding zero when you change them around.
