[Redneck with a 40]

I loaded some 135 gr Berry's bullets, 6.4 grains Universal, I like it!:) This is my first batch with this powder, they chrono 1150 fps and are accurate. They shoot pretty soft too, I'm guessing the power factor is about 150-ish on these. Clean burning too.:)

I like Universal for my 125 gr LRN 9mm, my 148 LWC and 158 LSWC .38 Special, and 185 gr LSWC .45ACP loads.

Good choice, IMHO.

Universal is my choice for 150, 165, 180 40SW target loads. Quoheleth mentioned how it did well in a wide variety of pistol cartridges, and I agree.

I like using 5.2gr of Universal with Berry's 180gr bullets.That combo shoots well out of my Firestar, Taurus 24/7 and Hi Point carbine. I also use Universal for .380, 9mm, 9mm Largo and .45.
