Hopefully I'll have better luck with mine than this gentleman did (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=408140). I hit the range with it tomorrow.

That is one ugly gun. It will self destruct after 50 rounds. It will hurt your hand when you pull the trigger. There will be seven factory recalls by the end of the year. Man, I had a buddy that had one and you know what happend to him? He got hit by an eighteen wheeler!! Why didn't you get a _________?
Sorry about that but just wanted to get ahead of the bashing naysayers!! Actually that is one beautiful piece!! You have a right to be mighty proud so enjoy!!!! My only problem with it???? Just wish I had one also!!! If you don't have the time, I'll be glad to break it in for you and I'll furnish the shells!!
Enjoy and Happy Shootin'

I just got back from the range, put about 250 rounds of Remington UMC 180gr through it. Worked flawlessly for the first ~200 rounds, but I experienced three failures to feed in the last box. When I came back, I field stripped the gun and noticed that this UMC stuff is really dirty, and since this gun has a match barrel, the chamber and feed ramp being gunked up with powder residue/slurry probably caused those failures to feed.
I'll put 250 rounds of Winchester white box through it to complete the "break-in period." That stuff seems quite a bit cleaner to me.
Oh, and this gun vastly improved my mediocre handgun accuracy. This is the first single action pistol I've owned, and the crisp trigger break and short pull and almost no overtravel really kept my shots on target (shot at paper plates from ~10 yards). I'm pretty happy with it so far. I'll let you know how the next 250 rounds goes, and if I have anymore hiccups.

Uhhh, see the recent thread on here about how crappy UMC is. And then proceed with your plans to shoot up a bunch of WWB.
