A .270. Sighted 3" high at 100 yds Sierra 130 grn boattail 62 grns of H4831 (Jack's load) mule deer long ways off held what looked like 3 feet above antlers slightly behind left fron leg. Bang -floped. How far do you recon that deer was ?
Yes it did happen ,with wittness, not once but twice on the same trip. Unbelieveable but not to the people who saw it.
