Missouri's new found CCW status, I took delivery of this little puppy yesterday!
This is an "87" model that came with the box & all of the paperwork, along with two 12 round mags.
Condition was stated at about 95%, but I think it rates a little better. Other than some slight holster rubs, it's in wonderful shape.
After my revolvers, I'll have to get used to the trigger on this one. It's not heavy, but a little rough. I also prefer the Novak style sights on the 3rd. Generation models.
The gun balances & points beautifully, and although the grip frame is a little wide, it doesn't seem too large for my hand.
I'm hoping to get out this weekend to run some rounds through it. I picked up 100 rounds of department issue ammo yesterday (Federal 124gr. Hydra-Shok).

I also prefer the Novak style sights on the 3rd. Generation models.

The sight on that gun definitely looks like a quick after-thought and the result of a ten-minute "What's the quickest and cheapest solution?" meeting. Curiously, Smith & Wesson revolver sights have been pretty good for decades.

I love the gun. Hate that front sight--No contrast. I still have trouble picking upt the front sight in a hurry. I put quite a few holes low in the target to get the hang of it.
