How do I verify a C&R? Shipping to OH.

I just sold an old mauser and the buyer is a C&R holder. How can I find out if he is legitimate?

Also can I ship a gun to a C&R in Ohio? I know that here in NJ you can't get a gun shipped to your house even if your a C&R, it must be shipped to an FFL. (almost makes it worthless).

Any help?

The ATF EZCheck for FFL's does not work with 03FFL's (Curio & Relic).

You will need to have a hard copy or call your local ATF office to verify.

I normally mail the sender a hard copy of my C&R along with a copy of my photo ID.
