Anschutz 64M - is $650 (used) a good price?

Saw a Anschutz 64M silhouette at the gunshow, no sights. Don't know much about looking for a good condition used rifle, but it seemed to be clean. Is this a good price for a used Anschutz?

not too familiar with 64. Shooting buddy recently
bought a 54 with redfields fr/rear for 4 bills local,
previously a 54 also no sights for 7 bills off the
net.
