Slade,
I'm coming down from Hurricane, WV. Do you shoot at Ashland and post on their forum? If so, you've probably seem me at the USPSA or IDPA matches.
I don't know why but the Ashland power that be always give me a personal warning/pep talk about cheating, gaming and such. I'm not sure why they do that.........

Are you talking about Northeast or AGC? I've only been to the AGC once, and I liked it a lot. They ran me through the rules and such, but again, only been once.
Hey, did you hear that Northeast has decided to prohibit not only full auto fire, but "excessively fast" firing?

yeah, I'm a member of northeastern and I saw that on the new rules... I was wondering... what exactly is 'excessively fast'?

Their definition:
- Very rapid fire, more than one round per second, is not allowed. (Exception) A sanctioned timed event.

Rio, you're correct, it's the range near Flying J, sort of.
You guys should check out www.agcpd.com.

I went and.......I was a little underwhelmed. It was a very small show without a lot of guns I was interested in. I didn't see much getting sold. The prices were on the high side and the dealers weren't interested in discussing the price.
There were some FALs which I'm always interested in but one dealer tried to convince me that what was obviously a parts kit gun built on a DSA receiver was really a complete DSA rifle. And no, it wasn't a STG58.
If you want a Daewoo rifle this is the show to go to. There were three of them. I think they were priced around $1300 each.
Still it was a nice road trip with my buds and not a bad way to waste a few hours on a cold Saturday.
