Custom Molded Rifle Case

does anyone know where i get get a rifle case that is custom molded for my rifle?

i know that pelican cases have that 'tear away' foam system, but eventually, they all tear away and don't hold the shape anymore.

any and all info would be appreciated.

If you are in a large city, see if there is a company making equipment cases. Go to them and buy the foam in 4" thickness.
have them cut it to the dimensions of your rifle case. Next put a layer in the bottom, take the second layer and trace the outline of your rifle on it and cut the foam with an electric knife. (you can do it with a serrated blade or a razor knife but the electric knife works best.)
The packing case foam is very firm, black, and holds up well.
