Sent my form 4 for HK sear in to ATF on 11/15/08...got it back approved today 1/20/09 on inauguration day:neener: (the smiley is for pres osama). 2 months for a form 4 to a individual, thats unheard of, i have never waited less then 6 months on any of my other machineguns. Anyone else had such luck?

It only took seven weeks for my last suppressor purchase to go through, that is like light speed compared to the last one.

I sent my paperwork in for my SWR Warlock .22 suppressor on 1/28/09. We'll see how fast it goes through. The kid working at the shop said it was about a 6-8 week wait, but he was pretty new. I doubt he had worked there for 6-8 weeks, lol. Anyway, when I was surprised and said "really? I thought the wait was more like 3 months, that's great!", he kind of stuttered and said "well, uh, it could be more like 12 weeks, you never know with the ATF (nervous laugh)". I hope he was right about the 6-8 week thing though.

Yeah, thats what Im hearing on a few other places to.

My paperwork was mailed in on 1/23/08 and the check cleared last Thursday (1/29/08)

9 weeks, no can. Still waiting. The more experienced guys at the shop said that it would be 16-20 weeks, but I highly doubt that. I can see 12-16, but 16-20? I doubt that. Crossing my fingers here.

Papers were sent in 12-23-08 and still haven't heard anything. Just a suppressor but it would be nice to get it someday.
