380 pistol going full auto

was given a excam 380 that was miss fireing. cleaned the crud out of the f/p hole and loaded 5rds to test fire. gun went full auto.
as this is first excam 380 and first full auto happening any suggestions as to what might have caused this major failure?
also posted this in gunsmith form but no replys.

I'm no smith but it sounds like something is stuck in/ around the firing pin channel not letting it retract and its sticking out and slam firing upon closure.

Kewl. I mean, not kewl. Should be fixed.:D

Check the firing pin.It may be broke.Is it sticking out of the FP hole.

fireing pin and spring look to be in good order. just a build up of old
dry gun cleaner. also cleaned whole pistol before test try.

How many rounds through the gun? I have seen a couple guns go full auto that needed new sears.
