Being that California's New Governor is going to be Arnold, would some one please explain what the Brady Bill is and what effect it is going to have / already has on our 2nd amendment right in this great state?

Nothing.

Brady is federal law (funny, I first typed "feral law"), while Kali's got it's own restrictions at least as bad - actually worse.

Ahnold appears not to like guns. But take heart, :barf: Ahnold doesn't get to propose any legislation, only veto or approve. You only have to worry about your already bancrupt legislature - which already sold you down the river.

For Brady-stuff, you might want to do a search at findlaw.com - federal laws re Brady & anything state-wise will turn up enough to turn your stomach.
