I cannot find any info on the web to determine the year of a CZ 550 american. Serial number is A264152. Can anyone tell me a year on this thing?

Just curious, why are you concerned with the date of manufacture of a modern firearm? Parts? Need the date for registration ?

just want to know how old it is so i have a general idea of how many rounds it could of possibly shot. I can find year by serial number on any manufacturer almost but this one.

CZ typically uses a numeric roll mark found in two places. The receiver should be marked on the left side toward the front and the barrel is marked on the left side just ahead of the receiver. The code is simply the last 2 digits of the year in which the rifle was manufactured, in other words 96 equals 1996, 02 equals 2002 and so on.
