What is a 220A

I know that Sig make a 220 in Stainless a and it is listed as the 220ST

But what is the difference between a 220(blued) and a 220A...Mine is Blued

IIRC, that is the designation for the 220 American, which has a pushbutton magazine release similar to the Browning design. Other 220's have the heel release.
