I have a Custom CDP II and a Pro Raptor II.. need to get more mags for them.. I did a search and found a lot like the Wilson Combat mags.. Which Wilson's are preferred for these two? thanks in advance for your input..

I've always used the Chip McCormick mags, they've been very reliable for me and are reasonably priced.

Wilson, Checkmate, or Chip McCormick.
Stick with the 7 round mags to.

I use the 8 rd mags (Wilson 47D) on my Kimber Custom II. They stick out the bottom a bit but I have a mag well that covers it pretty nicely. :D

The wilson 47D work good in my kimber as well as the chip mccormick power pro.
Stay away from the cheap no name brands. You'll end up spending more money when you buy the cheap ones, then get frustrated with them not feeding correctly and buy the good ones you should have gotten in the first place.

I've had several Kimber 1911's and other problems aside, they all did seem to prefer the Wilson mags overall. I also had good luck with the factory Kimber mags in my most recent TLE II pistol.
