Hey guys, have they started making fingerprint safes compatible with long-guns yet?

S&G and a few other lock manufacturers have been building biometric locks that can be used on a regular gun safe.

sounds like a lot of work to switch out the locking mechanism! i hope it's only a matter of time before this becomes more common...

You can have a locksmith do it.

Most modern UL rated locks share a common footprint. It is fairly simple to replace one lock with another.
