I need an inexpensive, low recoil set of scope rings with a 30mm diameter and mount to a non-cross slot 13.5mm rail.

I've searched a lot of online sources, but they don't specify a 13.5mm non-cross slot rail, only saying "Weaver-style".

Can someone direct me to a specific link selling these type scope rings?

Try B-Square.
They make 30mm rings with airgun size 13.5mm clamps.
May be special order though.

Is this is going on some kind of centerfire rifle or spring piston air rifle?
Since there are no cross-slots, you will also need scope-stop blocks or the rings will slip on the base with a heavy 30mm scope.
