correction to one of my previous comments. There has NOT been a bill filed to this effect- BUT Rep. Martin was on the Dave Ellswick show on Tuesday and stated that he intended to sponsor such a bill. So, it is coming.

5k votes may not sound like much, but out of curiosity I compared this to all of the other polls (SEVERAL) on this website and most polls receive a few hundred votes. This particular poll is ranked #3 in total votes among all of their polls.The only two with higher counts were in teh 20k and 40k range- and they both had to do with an Arkansas football coaching controversy!
