I've shoot a friends and done searches on these guns. They are fine

shooting and seem reliable. What I want to know is this: does anyone

have any long term/high round count usage of these and how do they

hold up? I like the long term durability of the 1911 design, but don't know

that much about the LDA parts.

But my LDA Comapnion has about 2500 rounds through it and no problem(once I changed the magazine and remember to change the recoil spring every 1000 rounds). No parts problems at all.
A friend I and rented a LDA P14 in LA a few weeks back. The owned of the shop said the LDA had not broken and he had it rentable over a year...unknown how many rounds through it but he estimate over 10,000.
I like mine!!!!
