I am trying to figure out what kind of brass to buy when i get my things together. What brass holds up the longest and is the most uniform in thickness and length.

I would go with the Winchester. You are using it in a bolt gun and neck sizing only. It should last a long time. Why spend the money on the expensive brass when it won't benefit you that much over the Win ?

Actually, I would say that Norma is better than Lapua in terms of longevity. However, I tend to use Winchester myself for cost reasons. It may not last as long as Norma, but it is less than half the price, and two Winchester cases will outlast one of either of the others (generally speaking).
