afaik all these state have good carry rules.
is it true that you can even carry a concealed class 3 gun

In FL you may carry a switchblade with a CWFL.

The Florida License is titled " Concealed Weapon Or Firearms License".

Caveat: I am not a lawyer, but am fairly familiar with the weaps laws.

CCW ok on private property no permit
CCW ok outside of private property w/state issued permit.

Our permit is CCW, no weapon is designated. Thus, if you have a Class III license and a MP5-K, it is theoretically legal to carry it under your coat.

Autoknives are legal if not concealed or concealed w/CCW

Nunchaku are legal if you are a legit martial artist coming/going to/from dojo...you just can't have them in your car or briefcase and say "yeah, I am martial artist" type of thing. Batons and ASP-type batons are legal.

Now, that said, laws are one thing...what happens to you is another. Will the cop who finds your tactical knife which is in your front pocket, but "clipped" so that it's visible like all other tac knives, call it concealed? Some might.

Again, I am not a lawyer, so if you get in trouble, it's your own fault.

In AZ it is a Concealed Weapon Permit.
If you legally own it, you can conceal it.

Specifically prohibits carrying a concealed machinegun with the state CCW. All other NFA weapons are legal.

Machinegun carry in Texas is legal w/o a permit. :D No ninja weapons or other pointy things besides single-edged <5.25" knives though.
