I heard on the radio the National Guard was in Kentucky helping to clean up fallen trees, etc., to help restore power after the recent winter storm. Also that they were going house to house looking for people that needed help (or to collect those that froze). Any credible stories of gun confiscation like in Louisiana after Katrina? My tin foil hat isn't on too tight, not trying to start a political debate, just wondering if what happened after Katrina was an isolated tragic incident.

Off topic tinfoil hat post......It happens to be agianst federal law for a New Orleans style disaster confiscation to happen and IIRC Kentucky also has a state law against it.
