You guys may have seen my thread about a week ago asking if I should trade a Maadi AK for a S&W 340 scandium airlite with CT lasergrips. Well, I took your guys advice and did it. I thought it was a good deal but wanted to make sure there weren't any hidden problems with that model or anything. Turns out it's a model 360 with the hammer which I was pleased to find out as I like those more and in great shape after I cleaned it up. The guy threw in a cheap holster and 45 rounds of .357. He said he only shot it a few times, I imagine he shot those 5 rounds of 357 and decided it wasn't for him b/c I've heard the recoil is a monster shooting .357's in a 12 oz snubbie. I think I certainly got a deal as the most I was going to get out of the AK was a straight up $500 cash offer from a guy. Unfortunately the guy didn't have the hex wrenches to adjust the laser but I emailed CT and they're sending me out a pair for free. Now for the porn.... Sorry for the bad pics, all I got is a picture phone for now.

I would say a excellent choice for you first handgun;you can't go wrong with a wheel gun
