Has anyone tried to get a set of gunfighter grips for their revolvers of any make?

I understand they are a thinner grip panel with a "ridge" along the top to keep the gun from rolling as much during recoil, meaning faster followups.

They are probaly much more common in SAA crowd than us C&B lovers. So if you have them installed on your Vaqueros or Ubertis let me know what you think of them, also.

I see they come in both smooth and textured finishes, so what do you have and how does it work?

There is a thread in general handguns "show us your grips" where I posted pics of the Eagle gunfighter grip profile from behind and you can see the difference.

I've never seen them for BP revolvers though.
