My brother and i went and rented a Sig 226 before his wedding. It was luck because it was the only 9mm they had now i have fallen in love. and can't wait till i am 21.

and the muzzleflash was complete luck. but made for an awesome picture.

226s are nice.
But there are other guns.
Like 228s, 220s, etc. :D

What CAZ said, wait till you get to the real SIG gems. When you care enough to carry the best..........:D

One interesting thing about the Sig..is that both the P226 and the P220 are the same size and weight.

The P220 is in 45 ACP and the P226 is in 9mm.

However felt recoil from the P220 is actually less than with the P226.

Sig Sauer makes a nice compact: the P239

that picture was actually taken before that entire debacle. i noticed that the owner of target world was at the walk on sunday, and i thought about bringing up how unhappy i was with the situation. but i decided no too.

Do you have a thumb on each side of the grip or are you left handed and I can't see your left thumb?

Yeah.

It looks like you have your right thumb on the right side of the pistol grip.
Its supposed to be on the left side of the pistol grip.

Lean forward a little bit too.

Are you a southpaw also? If so, then your grip is fine... though, if you tuck your right thumb under the left thumb, you will have a better grip on the pistol. The less air between the grip and your palms, the better.
