I ordered an ATI Dragunov stock for my 10/22 and I am wondering if I can use a match barrel in it. One or two people in user reviews said that they could put match barrels in it, but the manufacturers info says that it cannot use bull barrels.

I am confused. I would like a bull barrel in the future (a Green Mountain) but I really ordered the stock because it was inexpensive and I am tired of my factory stock (and i heard it was slightly more accurate.)

If it doesn't fit a BBL can I modify it in anyway to fit one?
Thanks for any input.

I had the ATI dragunov stock for the 10/22 and didn't like it. It felt cheap, plasticy, an small. Almost made it feel like a youth gun. I sold mine on ebay and used the money to buy the hogue stock and barrel set for $150. Loads better than the ATI and it fits the bull barrel. I think ATI has a separate model for the bull barrel, but with some grinding and fitting it would probably work.

Go with the hogue setup.. for the money you won't be disappointed. I shoot .25" 5 shot groups at 25 yards with that setup plus a trigger kit.

Well I will wait till I get it and see if there is some extra barrel room. Otherwise I like how it looks and gives a pistol grip.
